What is the immune system
This is simply defined as the body’s ability to defend itself from bacteria, fungi and toxins. It is seen as a complex network of cells and proteins that defend the body against infection.
Importance of the immune system
The immune system fights against bacteria, viruses and body cells when they become cancerous. Studies show that as people grow older their immune function decreases and recent research suggests this decrease is also related to nutrition and may be slowed or even stopped by maintaining healthy nutrition.
Drinking water to support a healthy immune system
Water is one of the most important substance needed for survival. For the body to properly function, it has to be well hydrated. Drinking plenty of water ensures that your immune system functions properly.

There are endless beneficial properties of water that we cannot even begin to comprehend. Water is the source of all life form and what it can do spiritually is unbelievable. Clearly, as humans we know so little of the world around us. Like Eric Hoffer said “”In times of change learners will inherit the earth while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with the world that no longer exit”. The key emphasis is on there should never be a point in life when we think we know enough. Stay hydrated.
