The willingness to reprogram our minds is one of the most powerful life changing choices. Our subconscious is heavily influenced by habitual ways of thinking that keep recreating experiences and outcomes that may be desirable or undesirable.

The key lies in focusing your attention on self improvement and ongoing learning. The starting point is self reflection. A critical look at who we are, who we want to become, where we are from, past experiences and encounters will be a guiding map of what we truly want to change and accomplish.

It all starts from within

All the answers lie from within us. There is no out there. We aught to start by healing, loving, forgiving and appreciating ourselves. After that it will be easy to extend it to the outside world. Besides we attract how we feel and who we are.

Let go of resentments

One of the hardest thing to do is to let go of past hurts and disappointments. Once we are able to move past that the results are liberating. Resentment only destroy you and never anybody else.

No matter what anyone says to you

No matter what kind of anger comes directed towards you

No matter how much hurt you may encounter,

showing up in your life


Resentments always end up harming you & creating in you a sense of despair.

A time come will come when you have to value yourself.

Self love means cutting negative and toxic people out of your life.

Self love means choosing peace over chaos.

Choosing self respect,
